At the National Council of Hispano Deaf and Hard of Hearing Conference, you would have an opportunity to experience different Latin-American cultures and foods, learn from informative workshops, check out exhibits, enjoy nightly entertainment (such as: Miss Deaf Latina Pageant, Quinceañera-Sweet 15 and Gala), network with new people and catch up with old friends!
